By creating an account or using CleanInbox ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CleanInbox is an email management tool that connects to your email accounts via App Password, scans for newsletters and promotional senders, and unsubscribes you from selected senders on your behalf.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or failure to unsubscribe caused by third-party email providers or outages.

7. Unsubscribe Results

CleanInbox attempts to unsubscribe you using available methods, but cannot guarantee that every sender will honor the request. Senders may continue sending emails despite unsubscribe attempts. We are not responsible for continued emails after an unsubscribe attempt has been made.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@cleaninbox.app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanInbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
